•About us Rock Hill Dermatology Center is the premier and first dermatology office in Rock Hill, SC. As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing support to ensure efficient operation of our medical office. You will support providers and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.

•We run payroll weekly. Responsibilities Room patients Interview patients and confirm/document basic medical history Enter patient visit info into electronic chart Assist during medical examinations and surgical procedures Fill out demographic info and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms to pharmacies, referring providers and patients. Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments Skills Proficiency in Medical Scribing using the ModMed EMA EHR System Proven working experience as a medical assistant Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Proficiency in Gmail, Google Docs & Google Sheets Minimum of 1 year of experience with EMA ModMed EHR is preferred
