Job Description

Position Summary:
The medical assistant supports physicians and clinical staff by providing high-quality patient care and ensuring efficient daily clinic operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on medical experience who thrives in a fast-paced specialty practice. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Assisting physicians during patient visits and procedures
  • Providing direct patient care
  • Rooming patients and obtaining vitals
  • Performing and assisting with X-rays
  • Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control standards
  • Stocking and cleaning treatment rooms
  • Completing daily clinical orders and documentation
  • Maintaining an organized and efficient back-office environment
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in the medical field required
  • Back office clinical experience strongly preferred
  • CMA certification not required
  • Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and patient-focused attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a busy specialty office
Schedule:
  • Part-time position
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
