information and Critical thinking. The Certified Medical Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring smooth clinical operations while delivering compassionate care to diverse patient populations. Duties Critical thinking is a huge part of the MA position Researching labs, tests for accurate reporting in patient charts Understanding prescription refills / request Taking phone calls from patients to provider medical care Perform patient intake procedures, including collecting medical histories and documenting vital signs accurately. Assist with patient examinations Operate EHR systems efficiently to document patient information, ICD coding, and treatment plans. Manage medical supplies inventory and ensure compliance with safety protocols in hospital or outpatient settings. Provide patient education on treatment plans, and health maintenance strategies.

MUST BE VERY DETAIL

ORIENTED and follow instructions precisely Experienced Prior experience working in outpatient clinics. Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding, and pharmacology. Experience with EHR eClinical systems and medical administrative support is essential for efficient documentation. Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program is required ; additional certifications like Basic Life Support (BLS) are highly desirable.
