We are open to entry-level candidates and are willing to provide training to the right person. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills and gain experience in a fast-paced specialty practice.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, full-time

Location:

Primary office with travel to our satellite clinics in Murfreesboro and Columbia as needed

Competitive benefits package Responsibilities Room patients and obtain vital signs Review and update medications, allergies, and medical history Prepare patients for evaluation by the provider Assist providers during clinic Document and update information in the electronic medical record Assist with patient phone calls and clinical messages Coordinate imaging, referrals, and other patient-care needs Obtain and organize outside medical records and imaging Maintain exam rooms and clinical supplies Assist with other clinical and administrative duties as needed Travel to satellite clinic locations as scheduled Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Medical Assistant training or healthcare experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to learn new clinical and computer-based processes Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to satellite clinic locations Previous medical office or specialty experience is a plus We are looking for someone who is reliable, compassionate, motivated, and eager to learn.
