Job Description
While primary to weight loss, this position will support both the weight loss program and the aesthetic program at our medspa. Position Responsibilities Must be experienced in taking patient vitals and charting. Must be experienced in giving patient injections. Must be computer literate and able to learn medspa software to accurately book, change, confirm and cancel appointments Ensure patient demographics are recorded accurately Ensure intake paperwork is completed accurately and chart "flow" is organized for a smooth transition from intake to processing to filing Assist with answering the phone and supporting the front desk as required Maintain a clean, well-organized work area Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment With cosmetic aesthetics, prepare patient for injections, when required; process loyalty programs, and support the aesthetic injector as needed Develop a knowledge of all medspa treatments Solid communicator Experience/Education Successful candidates for this position include Certified Nursing Assistants, Medical Assistants, and LPNs, must show documentation/certification that you are able to provide injections.
