Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our Podiatry team. The ideal candidate will assist healthcare professionals in providing quality patient care and support in a medical setting.Duties:
- Perform clinical tasks under the direction of a healthcare provider
- Record patient medical history.
- Assist with patient examinations and procedures
- Take x-rays as permitted by law
- Trim and smooth toenails and calluses, change dressings
- Ensure patient rooms are clean and stocked
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Proficiency in taking and conducting X-rays
