This position offers the opportunity to become full-time in the future as our practice continues to grow. We are looking for someone who is professional, compassionate, dependable, energetic, and genuinely interested in functional and integrative medicine . The ideal candidate enjoys working closely with patients and providers, takes pride in providing excellent patient care, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Position Responsibilities Perform phlebotomy and blood draws with confidence and professionalism Obtain and document vital signs Room patients and prepare them for provider visits Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures Administer injections and other treatments within scope of practice Send and manage prescription requests Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation Assist with patient communication and follow-up as needed Maintain and monitor clinical inventory and supplies Assist with ordering and stocking medical supplies Cross-train and provide support to the front office/reception team when needed Help maintain a clean, organized, professional clinical environment Follow all clinic policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements Provide a warm, welcoming, and exceptional patient experience Qualifications Current Licensed Medical Assistant credential Previous clinical experience preferred Phlebotomy experience required Experience with injections preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional, dependable, and personable Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing medical practice Strong interest in or willingness to learn about functional, integrative, and regenerative medicine The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is kind, enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented —someone who takes initiative and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
