Candidates must have a Medical Assistant degree/diploma or 3 years of on the job experience directly related to working in a healthcare clinic setting Must be computer savvy and able to use electronic medical records software easily. Candidate must understand the importance of HIPAA compliance Experience working with Electronic Medical Record systems needed, preferrably with ECW (e-clinicalworks) Position includes duties not limited to: injections, vaccinations, blood draws, prior authorizations, triage phone calls, interview patients and document basic medical history, taking vital signs, update medical record as needed, arrange hosptial admissions, compile and scribe directly into patient's charts Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate care to patients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Position offers Paid-Time Off (PTO), in addition to medical, dental, life insurance and 401k to full time employees Full time position, working Monday to Friday at our Smyrna or Murfreesboro location as needed Pay is based off experience
