Administrative Certified Medical Assistant - Austin, Texas About the
Role:
We are partnering with a primary care clinic in Austin, TX to support the hiring of an Administrative Certified Medical Assistant for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a skilled MA who thrives in both front office and back office responsibilities and is looking for long-term stability with growth potential.
Position Summary:
The Administrative Certified Medical Assistant will provide a blend of clinical and administrative support in a fast-paced primary care setting. Responsibilities include patient interaction, clinical assistance, and front desk operations while ensuring a smooth patient experience from check-in to check-out.

$20-$25 per hour (DOE)
Location:
Austin, TX Contract Type:
800-hour Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00
PM Key Responsibilities:
Check in/out patients and schedule visits Verify insurance and collect payments Answer phones and support front desk operations Document in Athena EMR Room patients and take vitals as needed Assist with clinical tasks as needed (phlebotomy, injections, etc.) Maintain clean and organized exam rooms
Qualifications:
Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or NRCMA) High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of Medical Assistant experience Experience in both front and back office functions Clinical skills including phlebotomy and injections preferred Athena EMR experience strongly preferred Why Apply?
