Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant for an immediate opening to join our healthcare team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and assisting healthcare professionals in various clinical and administrative tasks. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Rooming Patients, weighing ,Blood pressure and EKG's
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records including medications on E-clinical EMR
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
• PT/INR
• Manage and put on Heart Monitors
• Pull Hospital records
• Manage medication refills and authorizations
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their concerns and answering their questions
• Will travel on Tuesdays to

Orange Qualifications:

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or relevant certification a plus but not necessary
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medications
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with healthcare professionals
