Bedford, TX Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our chiropractor office in Bedford, TX. The ideal candidate will provide clinical and administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the practice and excellent patient care. Responsibilities Assist the chiropractor with patient examinations and treatments. Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized environment. Take and record patient vital signs and medical histories. Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records. Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and office procedures. Assist with billing and insurance documentation as needed. Support front desk operations including answering phones and greeting patients. Qualifications Previous experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in a chiropractor office. Knowledge of chiropractic terminology and procedures is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR). Spanish language skills are a plus to better serve our Spanish-speaking patient population. Certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred but not required.
