Job Description
We're seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist/ Medical Assistant to be the welcoming face of Straight 2 U Wellness. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to clients, manage scheduling, support daily office operations, and ensure every client has an outstanding experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in clients warmly upon arrival Answer phones, respond to messages, and manage appointment scheduling Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area Process payments and manage daily cash or card transactions Input and update client information in our scheduling system Support providers with client flow and administrative tasks Manage inventory of wellness products and retail items at the front desk Handle client inquiries about services, memberships, and promotions Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a medical, spa, or wellness front desk role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in computer scheduling systems and payment processing Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities Friendly, professional, and reliable demeanor Interest in holistic health or wellness is a plus Schedule & Compensation Monday through Friday 8-4 Competitive hourly pay based on experience Employee discounts on wellness services
