Job Description
The back office medical assistant is responsible for the administration of medical records and patient care. This position will be based in our office located at the back end of the hospital. Duties will include providing excellent customer service to patients by answering phones, responding quickly to requests from physicians and arranging appointments. May also assist doctors and administrative staff as needed.
