Spanish Speaking Required! Manages case database and ensures timely resolution of inquiries from professional organizations. Must be willing to travel between offices in Carrollton and North Dallas area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Independently manage and take action upon high volume caseload. Schedule new and returning patients for consultations, follow-ups and procedures. Apply critical thinking for prompt resolution on outstanding balances. Send statements to professional organizations and customers. Respond to document requests from professional organizations daily. Make inquiries regarding accounts and follow-up on payment status. Ensure accuracy of data. Answer accounts receivable phone inquiries and follow up. Call and/or mail correspondence to customers and professional organizations as necessary in order to update accounts. Maintain good rapport with customers and professional organizations. Report any updates or critical issues to the Account Manager. Assists with related special projects, as required. Retrieve patient billing and records, as records custodian, for subpoena and attorney requests
QUALIFICATIONS
Spanish speaking required. Education and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or zero to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience .
