Our Chiropractic Clinic in Farmers Branch is seeking a dedicated and reliable Medical Assistant to join our team! No chiropractic office experience? No problem! We provide on-the-job training for all aspects of the role. Why Join Us? At our clinic, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while making a real impact on patients' lives. You'll assist in patient care, office administration, and therapy instruction—all while working in a positive, team-oriented environment. Schedule:
Monday•
Thursday:
11:00 AM•8:00
PM/close Friday:
9:00 AM•5:00
PM OR Saturday:
9:00 AM•2:00 PM (rotating schedule)
Responsibilities:
Manage front desk duties, including scheduling and patient check-ins Assist the doctor with clinical tasks to ensure smooth patient care Guide patients in therapeutic exercises and the use of therapy equipment Communicate with attorneys offices and insurance providers regarding patient care and treatment plans Escort patients to treatment rooms and provide a welcoming experience
What We're Looking For:
Medical experience preferred but not required Strong computer skills (including email & Excel) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (Spanish/English)
