Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM-3:00 PM We are a primary care clinic in Cypress seeking a dependable, organized, and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. Our practice primarily cares for adult and geriatric patients. We are looking for a long-term team member who enjoys helping patients, communicates well, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office. Responsibilities Room patients and obtain vital signs Update medical histories, medications, and patient information in Epic Accurately document and maintain patient records Assist physicians with routine clinical and administrative duties Answer phone calls and respond to patient questions Communicate with patients regarding medications, instructions, and follow-up care Coordinate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team Perform routine Medical Assistant duties as needed Accompany the physician for rounds one day per week, which requires driving Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a primary care or medical office setting Knowledge of medical terminology and basic office procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Dependable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team Experience with Epic is a plus Benefits Competitive pay Health insurance Paid time off 401(k) 401(k) matching

Commute:
