The CMA is committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience with every interaction. This role ensures each patient's encounter is professional, warm, and caring while meeting the individual needs of each patient. Obtain patient's health history and document accurately in ModMed (EMR system) Set up and prepare exam rooms for patient visits to ensure cleanliness Perform any preliminary physical tests and obtain vitals Set up any additional diagnostic and/or treatment equipment Administer injections and perform phlebotomy as needed Communicate with patients using Klara, a HIPAA-compliant text messaging platform, ensuring secure and timely information exchange Assist the Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant as directed Must work well in a team environment Experience in a medical office setting and/or graduation from a certified Medical Assistant program is required- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) preferred 1+ years in a medical office, preferably Women's Health Exceptional communication and patient education skills Experience with EMR system(s) and medical terminology is required Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment Flexibility to train in Atlanta, GA Salary is commensurate with experience What's in it for you?
