Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical administrative support by scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and handling insurance claims
  • Assist healthcare providers with patient care by taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and documenting medical histories
  • Provide excellent patient service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a medical assistant training program or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Phlebotomy skills a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Bilingual with Spanish proficiency preferred.
