They help ensure smooth patient flow, accurate records, and safe clinical care within medical facilities. Key Responsibilities Greet patients, schedule appointments, and maintain medical records.

Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs, measuring height/weight, and documenting medical histories.

Assist physicians during examinations and procedures. Administer basic clinical tasks such as drawing blood, performing lab tests, and preparing specimens.

Handle administrative tasks including billing, coding, and insurance processing.

Prepare and clean exam rooms; maintain clinical supplies and equipment.
