Pediatric and Adolescent Center has proudly served our community for 30 years and is currently transitioning to Osler Pediatric Clinic . We are seeking a dependable and motivated team member who enjoys working with children and families and takes pride in providing excellent patient care. Position Details Clinic hours are Monday through Saturday Previous medical assistant experience is a plus, not required CMA certification required Pediatric experience is preferred but not required Position Responsibilities Obtain and accurately document vital signs, height, weight, and other clinical information Rooming patients Administer vaccines and injections as directed by the provider Assist providers with examinations and routine in-office procedures Prepare and maintain exam rooms and clinical supplies Assist with prior authorizations Answer incoming calls and assist patients and families with questions or requests Check patients in and assist with front-office duties as needed Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients, parents, and caregivers Follow clinic policies, safety procedures, and infection-control standards Work closely with providers and other staff to ensure smooth daily clinic operations Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required Strong communication and organizational skills Professional and dependable Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work effectively as part of a small, collaborative team Comfortable working in a busy pediatric healthcare environment What We Offer A supportive and team-oriented work environment The opportunity to grow with an established pediatric practice Paid holidays PTO hours begin accruing after the first 90 days of employment If you are a dedicated CMA who enjoys working with children, values teamwork, and is looking for an opportunity to become part of a well-established pediatric practice, we would love to hear from you!
