This is an active, hands-on position combining clinical assistance, patient care, therapeutic modalities, exercise guidance, documentation, administrative support, marketing, and practice growth. We provide training on our clinical equipment and office protocols. Key Clinical Responsibilities Assist chiropractors with patient care and daily clinical workflow Prepare patients, treatment rooms, and equipment for care Introduce and transition patients to providers and guide them through their treatment visit Communicate patient chief concerns, questions, and relevant information accurately to providers Relay provider instructions and patient information to appropriate team members Set up and facilitate provider-directed StemWave therapy and Class IV laser therapy after completing training Set up and guide patients through provider-directed therapeutic exercises Monitor patient flow and help keep providers on schedule Document required treatment and patient information in the EMR/EHR Scan, upload, organize, and file clinical documentation Clean, sanitize, reset, and maintain treatment rooms and equipment Assist with documentation and workflow for personal injury/auto accident patients Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA and office procedures Marketing & Practice Growth —

Responsibilities include:
Participate in patient referral and retention programs Assist with internal and external marketing campaigns Communicate with patients about office programs, services, and referral opportunities Assist with newsletters and patient communications Help with office events, promotions, and community outreach Assist with marketing materials, office displays, and content-related projects Support practice-growth initiatives assigned by the Office Manager Professionally represent the practice during patient and community interactions Applicants must be comfortable communicating with patients and participating in marketing and practice-growth activities. Administrative & Team Support Because we are a small healthcare office, teamwork is essential.
Clinical Assistants also:
Complete administrative projects assigned by the Office Manager Assist with patient and office documentation Help with programs, newsletters, events, and special projects Assist the front desk with phones, scheduling, patient paperwork, scanning, and check-in/check-out when needed Communicate closely with the front desk and providers to maintain efficient clinic flow Help prepare the clinic and patient schedule at the beginning of each shift Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Healthcare, chiropractic, medical assisting, rehabilitation, customer service, marketing, or similar experience preferred Comfortable working directly and hands-on with patients Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to accurately communicate patient information to providers Comfortable learning therapeutic equipment and clinical protocols Comfortable guiding patients through exercises after training Comfortable with marketing, referrals, and community interaction Strong computer skills and willingness to learn our EMR/EHR Dependable, punctual, flexible, and team-oriented Bilingual is a plus Previous StemWave or Class IV laser experience is not required.
