This is a unique hybrid role for someone who enjoys both hands-on clinical work and patient-facing administrative responsibilities. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. Many of our patients arrive anxious or in pain, so we value team members who bring a warm, positive, and reassuring presence to every interaction. Clinic provides primary and urgent healthcare benefit to employees and their family FREE of charge. Details will be provided during interview. What You'll Do Clinical Responsibilities Prepare and assist with in-office vein procedures, including: Varithena/Venaseal closure of veins Set up procedure trays and maintain sterile technique Assist physicians during procedures Prepare patients before procedures and provide post-procedure instructions Room patients, obtain vitals, and document in EMR Assist with or operate C-arm imaging equipment (preferred) Ensure exam and procedure rooms remain clean, organized, and fully stocked Surgical Coordination Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule office-based procedures Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations if needed Review patient documentation, consents, labs, and imaging Provide detailed pre-op and post-op instructions Communicate with patients regarding preparation, recovery, and follow-up care Collaborate closely with physicians and staff to maintain efficient workflow Front Office & Administrative Duties Check patients in and out Verify insurance and collect co-pays Schedule follow-up visits and procedures using eClinicalWorks (eCW) Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries Manage referrals, scan documents, and maintain accurate records Support billing and documentation processes QualificationsPreferred Experience & Skills Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred Minimum 6 months experience in a medical office Experience in vascular, interventional, surgical, or specialty practices strongly preferred Experience assisting with vein procedures highly preferred Experience setting up Varithena and Venaseal trays preferred eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience strongly preferred Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and take initiative BLS certification required (or obtained within 30 days of hire) Who You Are You are someone who: Brings positive energy and professionalism to the workplace Enjoys building relationships with patients Stays calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Is proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented Works well independently while also being a strong team player Takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience Why Join Us?
