Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers with daily clinical tasks, including taking vital signs and rooming patients. Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and privacy. Manage electronic health records (EHR/EMR) by accurately documenting patient information, medical history, and treatment details. Support the maintenance of medical records, ensuring they are complete, organized, and up-to-date. Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions, scheduling appointments, and addressing patient needs professionally. Assist with medical documentation to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. Qualifications Prior experience in a medical office setting or similar healthcare environment is preferred. Prior experience in EMR/EHR systems for documentation and record management. Strong knowledge of medical assisting procedures and protocols. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient service and communication. Ability to accurately measure vital signs and perform basic clinical tasks. Organized with attention to detail in managing medical records and documentation.
