Summary We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at Vine Family Medicine. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our healthcare providers and ensuring smooth operations within our practice. Your contributions will directly impact patient care and overall clinic efficiency. Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Measure and record vital signs accurately. Prepare patients for examinations by obtaining medical history and relevant information. Administer basic life support when necessary and assist in emergency situations. Manage patient records, including coding and billing information. Coordinate patient flow to ensure timely appointments and reduce wait times. Perform routine laboratory tests. Requirements Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program is required. Strong knowledge of internal medicine practices and emergency medicine protocols. Proficient in measuring vital signs and basic life support techniques. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and staff. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
