What You'll Do:
This Clinical Medical Assistant position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, procedure-based setting. You'll be a key part of our clinical team, supporting our providers in delivering exceptional dermatologic and surgical care.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
Prepare patients and exam rooms for procedures, including skin checks, biopsies, excisions Assist during dermatologic procedures with precision and professionalism Accurately document patient visits using EMA (Modernizing Medicine) Maintain clean, stocked, and organized procedure rooms Sterilize instruments following protocol and safety standards Triage patient calls and relay medically relevant messages Submit prescription refills per provider instruction Ensure pathology and lab reports are uploaded and ready for follow-up visits Contribute to a culture of teamwork, respect, and high standards of care
What We're Looking For:
Prior Dermatology MA experience is required Proficient with EMA/Modernizing Medicine A calm, organized multitasker with outstanding communication and patient care skills Reliable and flexible, with the ability to travel between clinic locations
