Our offices provide comprehensive primary care services in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. This role is ideal for a Medical Assistant who thrives in a busy clinic setting and is confident managing both clinical and administrative back-office responsibilities. Responsibilities Room patients and obtain vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, weight, etc.) Verify patient demographics, medical history, medications, and chief complaint Document accurately in EMR system Assist providers with exams and in-office procedures Administer injections and vaccines (as applicable) Perform phlebotomy (if trained) Process prescription refills and send e-prescriptions Submit orders for labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing Provide patient education and follow-up instructions Maintain exam room cleanliness and compliance standards Manage weekly inventory and medical supply ordering Float between clinic locations as needed Requirements 1+ year experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinic setting Internal Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred Proficient with eCW Strong knowledge of medical terminology Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Excellent patient communication and bedside manner Reliable transportation for travel between clinic locations Certification (CCMA, CMA, RMA) preferred but not required Medical Assistant Qualifications / Skills Strong verbal and written communication Professional demeanor and positive attitude Excellent bedside manner and patient-focused approach Organization and attention to detail Time management and ability to prioritize tasks Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards Clinical skills including vitals, injections, and basic procedures Problem-solving and critical thinking ability Why Join Our Team?
