JOB DESCRIPTION
EnviouSkin is looking for a Front Desk Associate who is responsible for the reception area. Includes greeting all patients/clients, answering phone calls, assisting patients/clients with questions regarding medical spa services and products, booking appointments, checking the patient into the computer system and charging for services performed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Be on time for your shift, able to leave later if needed. Accurately book, change and cancel medical and spa appointments. Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves medspa facilities. Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation and able to discuss medical services to patients and clients. Utilize medical and spa software and electronic medical records with skill and proficiency. Answer the phone promptly and is courteous throughout the phone Answer text message and Facebook or Instagram messages Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available. Handle patient/client questions and concerns professionally and courteously. Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked and well organized work area. Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment. Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management. Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or patients/clients in the spa that require attention. Be able to administer IM injections Be able to perform blood draws
QUALIFICATIONS/WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of experience as a receptionist Social media experience is a plus Customer service Computer skills Communication skills High school or equivalent (Preferred)•
