You'll help keep children safe, support our providers, and guide families through stressful moments with confidence and compassion. This is hands-on pediatric care. The work is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and meaningful. We're looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent patient care and doing things right every time. What You'll Do Triage pediatric patients and obtain accurate medical histories and vital signs Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments while helping children feel comfortable Administer medications and vaccines according to established safety protocols Perform CLIA-waived laboratory testing and required quality control checks Document patient care accurately and in real time Complete and close patient charts by the end of each shift Support efficient patient flow, especially during high-volume periods Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and clinical team members Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment What We Need High school diploma or equivalent Medical Assistant education, certification, military medical experience, or other qualifying clinical training Current American Heart Association BLS certification Bilingual in English and Spanish Strong understanding of patient safety, clinical standards, and infection control Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced pediatric clinical environment Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and rotating shifts Authorized to work in the United States Ability to successfully complete a background checkWhen We Operate Clinic Hours:

8:00 AM-8:00PM Saturday-Sunday:
9:00 AM-5:00PM Schedule Expectations :
Seasonal, full-time schedule Rotating weekends Flexible availability based on clinic needs Opportunity to travel to other Little Spurs clinics as needed Nice to Have Previous pediatric experience Pediatric urgent care experience Experience working with children and families in a clinical setting What to Know Before You Apply You'll work with sick and injured children and families who may be worried or anxious.
