Job Description
Texas Joint Institute in Dallas seeks a Medical Assistant II to support orthopedic surgeons and clinical staff in a fast-paced, patient-centered practice. Responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining vitals and histories, preparing exam rooms, assisting with minor procedures, coordinating imaging and diagnostics, managing patient flow, and providing pre- and post-op education. The Medical Assistant II also updates EMR documentation, processes prescriptions and referrals, supports providers in joint care treatments, ensures infection control standards, and collaborates with the care team to deliver compassionate, efficient orthopedic care.
