Duties Perform patient intake procedures, including recording vital signs and updating medical histories using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Assist healthcare providers during examinations, procedures, and treatments with professionalism and precision Administer medications and injections following established protocols and safety standards Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes, medication records. Support patient education by explaining treatment plans, medication instructions, and health maintenance tips Requirements Valid certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program Proven experience in medical office settings Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and medical terminology essential for accurate patient support Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) management tools Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required to ensure patient safety during procedures Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately in diverse clinical settings Bilingual (preferred)
