Job Description

Medical Assistant Our team is looking for a dedicated, long term employee who is responsible, dependable and willing to learn. Experience with eClinicalWorks software is a must. Familiarity with basic computer skills is required. Must be able to type at least 40 WPM. Nails must be trimmed to allow typing and assisting with tests and procedures. General appearance and social skills must be appropriate for a professional medical office. No visible piercings, tattoos etc. If this is a fit for you please reach out to our office. Duties:
Patient chart prep
  • Ensure previously ordered tests are in chart prior to pt appointment Patient check in
  • Reviewing meds, chief complaints Patient check out
  • Scheduling tests/procedures and follow-ups Returning patient calls and triage
