Ideal Candidate is who has previous experience as a medical assistant and willing to advance in their field, we are looking for a person who is outgoing, detailed oriented, self-motivated, efficient at multi-tasking, and has exceptional customer service skills.
    Medical Office Experience:
    1 year (Preferred)
      Vital Signs Experience:
      1 year (Preferred)
      • Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)

      Giving Vaccines and Maintaining Vaccine Chart Job Type:

      Pediatrics Schedule:
      Monday to Friday Core Job responsibilities but not limited to
      • Greeting Patients in a friendly and welcoming manner, rooming them in and taking vitals
      • Preparing the patient for visit by doing age appropriate pre visit questionnaire and getting appropriate history
      • Cleaning the room appropriately after patient leaves, having stock inventory and stocking up the room as needed
      • Administer vaccines, maintaining temperature log for VFC vaccines and vaccine inventory
      • Able to do point of care testing for covid, flu, strep
      • Assist physician in procedures like suture removal, ear piercing and ear lavage.
      • Able to help with prior authorizations, referrals and carry out physician's order when discharging the patient
      • Able to do telephone triage and carry out physician's order.
