We are looking for someone with a required minimum of 1-2 years Ob/Gyn or Gyn experience, a great attitude and strong work ethic. We seek a team member who is very detail-oriented, strong at multi-tasking and dedicated to high-quality care delivery. This is a stellar opportunity with plenty of room for professional growth.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Assist providers with patient exams, specimen handling, and testing Chart prepping, room stocking, autoclaving instruments, helping with inventory, prior authorizations, letter of appeals Making and responding to patient emails, phone calls & messages Managing physician's schedule, including surgeries, clinic, administrative meetings and meetings with industry representatives Collaborate with other practices to streamline patient care Appointment scheduling and pre-visit planning Responding to requests for medical records Ensuring that the reception and patient care areas are well-kept and orderly
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or Equivalent
- desired, but not essential Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse degree
- desired, but not essential OB/GYN office experience
- required minimum 1-2 years Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and telephone) with a friendly and professional demeanor

Monday-Friday 7:00am
- 3:30pm Starting wage of $19.
