Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. Experience in a medical office setting is required. The role requires proficiency in electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) and medical documentation. Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake procedures, including recording vital signs, verifying medications and updating medical history
- Entering patient's data into the EMR.
- Confirming all required paperwork is present.
- Scanning documents into the EMR
- Give routine IM injections.
- Stock inventory.
- Answering phones and returning messages.
- Other duties as assigned, which may include insurance verification and scheduling appointments.
REQUIRED
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as eClinicalWorks is beneficialPay:
