Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. Experience in a medical office setting is required. The role requires proficiency in electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) and medical documentation. Responsibilities
  • Perform patient intake procedures, including recording vital signs, verifying medications and updating medical history
  • Entering patient's data into the EMR.
  • Confirming all required paperwork is present.
  • Scanning documents into the EMR
  • Give routine IM injections.
  • Stock inventory.
  • Answering phones and returning messages.
  • Other duties as assigned, which may include insurance verification and scheduling appointments.
Experience Prior experience of at least a year in a medical office is
REQUIRED
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as eClinicalWorks is beneficial
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
