Duties include : Patient care: rooming patients, taking vitals, updating EMR iPad with details and taking history, filling out FMLA forms, assisting with in office procedures and all other duties as needed.
Other duties:
while providers are in surgery you inputting orders of PT, answer patient calls, filling out forms and giving school or work doctors notes, and take care of all necessary patient requirements.
Experience Needed:
2+ years of Medical Assistant Certification or ability to quickly become certified Prior Orthopedic exposure (could be in family practice)
