Duties Room patients, obtain vital signs, and prepare children and families for visits. Assist the provider with well visits, sick visits, procedures, and follow-up care. Administer vaccines and medications as authorized by practice policy and applicable requirements. Document accurately in the electronic health record. Prepare rooms, maintain supplies, and help keep patient flow on track. Communicate clearly with families and work closely with the clinical team. Requirements Pediatric experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, dependable follow-through, and a calm, welcoming manner. Comfort working in an electronic health record and learning new workflows. Ability to support children and parents with empathy, including during stressful visits. Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential Experience in medical office settings, including outpatient clinics or hospital environments. Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with children and their families. Certification in basic life support (BLS) required.
