Front Desk / Medical Assistant- Medical & Cosmetic Dermatology We are seeking a motivated, professional, and patient-focused team member to join our growing dermatology practice. This is primarily a front office position with cross-training opportunities in the back office , offering exposure to both administrative and clinical aspects of dermatology care. Our clinic offers a unique blend of medical and cosmetic dermatology in a supportive, close-knit environment where teamwork, efficiency, and patient care are highly valued. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a smaller practice setting with a personalized workflow and strong team culture. Bilingual candidates are preferred; however, all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply Responsibilities & Duties Responsibilities may include: Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and welcoming manner Answering phones and assisting the front desk during high-volume periods Scheduling patient appointments Taking deposits and collecting payments Managing front office workflow and supporting daily clinic operations Cross-training in back-office responsibilities to assist clinical staff as needed Supporting both medical and cosmetic dermatology services Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive patient experience Maintaining organization, efficiency, and attention to detail throughout the clinic day Compensation Compensation is based on experience, efficiency, and overall contribution to clinic operations.
