What You'll Do Room patients and obtain/document vital signs Assist providers with exams, procedures, and patient care Perform point-of-care testing, EKGs, and specimen collection Administer medications and vaccines as ordered and permitted Assist with medication refills, prior authorizations, and clinical follow-up Prepare, clean, and restock exam rooms Accurately document patient information in the EHR Support Family Medicine, Pediatrics, and OB/GYN services as needed Help keep the clinic running efficiently while providing a welcoming patient experience What We're Looking For Previous Medical Assistant experience required Strong clinical skills and confidence working directly with patients Dependable, organized, and able to thrive in a busy environment A positive, team-oriented attitude Excellent communication and customer-service skills Phlebotomy and vaccine experience preferred CPR/BLS certification preferred Athenahealth experience is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required Why TOMAGWA?
