Medical assistants spend a significant amount of time working directly with patients obtaining medical history information; checking vital signs; performing tests; collecting specimens and administering injections/medications. Preparing the patient for exams and informing patient of treatment procedures. Entering patient data in CPSI. They will also perform the administrative tasks such as but not limited to maintaining compliance records; inventory & ordering supplies. Prefer certification. Must be able to work from 8am - 8pm rotating days during the week and rotating Saturdays.
