Bilingual Medical Assistant - Texas Vein Experts Hello! Texas Vein Experts is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our growing team! In this role, you will assist physicians with office-based vein procedures while providing outstanding patient care in our outpatient clinics. This position requires travel between multiple DFW clinics. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel beyond your assigned home clinic. We currently have eight locations throughout the metroplex, and this position will primarily cover Waxahachie (3-4 days) and any additional nearby clinics (1-2 days). Responsibilities Assist physicians during office-based vein procedures. Room patients and perform patient intake. Obtain and document medical histories, vital signs, and current medications. Prepare patients for examinations and procedures. Prepare and stock exam and procedure rooms. Document clinical information accurately within the electronic medical record (EMR/EHR). Warmly welcome and check-in patients Upload patient identification, insurance cards, and required documentation. Verify and update patient demographics. Collect patient payments Educate patients on pre-operative and post-operative instructions. Maintain excellent communication with patients, providers, and fellow team members. Travel between assigned clinic locations as needed. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Medical Assistant experience (required). Fluent in both Spanish and English Prior experience assisting with office-based surgical procedures or vein treatments is highly preferred. Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy. Experience using EMR/EHR systems. Proficient with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Docs). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude . Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinics.
