• Duties
• Provide outstanding patient service by greeting patients and ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Assist with procedures and support medicine practices as needed.
• Perform Injections and phlebotomy and ensure proper handling of equipment.
• Conduct patient assessments, including taking vital signs and documenting medical histories.
• Support medicine operations by preparing patients for examinations and assisting physicians during procedures.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage electronic health systems to ensure seamless communication within the healthcare team.
• Experience
• Previous experience in a medical assistant role or relevant healthcare setting is required.
• Familiarity with patient care practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals alike.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment are crucial for success in this role.
