Primary Responsibilities:
Medical Assistant I:
Provide supportive patient care functions under supervision Ensure patient safety and comfort in accordance with legal and professional standards Perform delegated tasks as directed by a physician orRN Medical Assistant II:
Includes all duties of MA I Administer injectables and perform advanced clinical tasks Requires additional experience and/or certificationMedical Assistant III:
Includes all duties of MA I and II Perform high-level clinical procedures Serve as a resource for less experienced staff You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program No experience required with Certification/Registration as a Medical Assistant or 1+ year of directly related experience as a medical assistant with no Certification/Registration as a Medical Assistant BLS certification through the American Heart Association Basic medical/nursing terminology Computer proficiency Driver's License and access to a reliable transportationPreferred Qualifications:
For MA II:
Certification/Registration as a Medical Assistant 5+ years of directly related experienceFor MA III:
Certification/Registration as a Medical Assistant 8+ years of directly related experience Experience in Ambulatory Care EPIC and Windows-based computer systems experience Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
