What You'll Do No two days are exactly alike, but your responsibilities will include: Performing blood draws (phlebotomy) Administering injections under provider direction Recording patient vitals and documenting accurately in the EMR Preparing exam rooms and assisting providers during patient visits Reviewing and entering laboratory results Scheduling appointments and coordinating follow-up care Greeting patients and helping create a welcoming clinic environment Assisting with day-to-day clinic operations Maintaining HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation Making follow-up calls and checking in with patients Helping keep the clinic organized, stocked, and running smoothly Pitching in wherever needed to support the team What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes ownership of their work.
Qualifications include:
Current Medical Assistant certification Current BLS certification Strong phlebotomy skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with technology and EMRs Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Reliable, positive, and adaptable A team-first attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed Experience in wellness, hormone optimization, weight management, primary care, or aesthetic medicine is a plus, but not required.
