This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build skills in healthcare. No prior medical experience is required. We provide hands-on training for the right candidate.
Schedule Weekdays:
Monday & Friday, 8:30 AM•5:00 PM, Wednesday 12:00 PM•5:00
PM Saturdays:
8:00 AM•12:00 PM Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $18.00/hour Performance bonuses: Goal-based office bonuses typically Free eye care for immediate family members Opportunities for continued training and advancement within the practice Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Welcome patients and assist with check-in and insurance verification Perform pre-testing before the doctor visit Verify and record eyeglass prescriptions Teach patients how to insert and remove contact lenses Assist with dispensing and adjusting glasses Answer phones and assist with scheduling Support doctors and staff with daily clinic operations Maintain a clean, organized work environment Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: Energetic and dependable A quick learner who can multitask efficiently Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment Friendly and professional with patients and coworkers Strong in basic math skills Detail-oriented and organized Customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required High school diploma or equivalent required Why Join American Fork Vision Center?
