Certified Medical Assistant / Medical Office Receptionist Total Rehab - Logan, UT About Us Total Rehab is proud to provide high‑quality care to Schreiber Foods employees and their families. We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, reliable, and self‑driven individual to join our growing team. This position offers 34-40 hours per week . Flexibility is important, as occasional shift coverage may be needed. Position Overview This role includes both Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) and Medical Office Receptionist responsibilities. Ideal candidates will be adaptable, professional, and committed to delivering excellent patient care and customer service. Certified Medical Assistant Responsibilities Obtain and record patient vitals Perform blood draws Prepare blood samples for laboratory testing Manage and document laboratory data Administer basic injections Assist the physician during examinations Order and maintain lab supplies Update and maintain EMR documentation Handle and dispose of contaminated materials safely Sterilize medical equipment Review and verify patient records Communicate with pharmacists as needed Perform additional clinical duties as assigned Medical Office Receptionist Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients and visitors in person and by phone Answer incoming calls using professional and consistent phone etiquette Maintain a clean, organized reception area Register new patients and update existing patient demographics Support patient flow by notifying providers of arrivals, monitoring delays, and communicating with patients and staff Respond to patient and visitor inquiries courteously and professionally Complete daily reconciliation of clinic visits and end‑of‑day financial activities What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and dependable personality Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Self‑motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
