Full-Time position for experienced Registered Nurse or Medical Assistant to support internal medicine physician in a concierge medicine practice in Alexandria, VA. Successful candidate will be one who enjoys finding solutions to patient needs, serving as liaison between patients and their doctor, and taking a personal interest in the well-being of every patient. Experience with electronic health records, and the usual daily tasks of rooming patients, checking vital signs, reconciling medications, administering vaccines and allergy shots, recording EKG's, getting medication & radiology test prior authorizations and assisting with scheduling patients with specialists. Willingness and ability to work overtime and to provide support for other providers in the practice as needed.
