Supervise, train, and evaluate front-desk, billing, and administrative staff. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws (HIPAA), and safety standards. Manage scheduling for patients and providers to maximize efficiency. Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism. Oversee billing, coding, and insurance claims to ensure accuracy and timely processing. Prepare financial reports, manage budgets, and monitor office expenses. Implement office policies, procedures, and technology updates. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers. Support physicians and clinical staff by ensuring administrative tasks are handled efficiently. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred) Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office setting required Experience with medical billing and insurance processes required Knowledge of medical terminology Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Skills & Competencies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Personable, professional, and patient-focused attitude Strong customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
