Compensation Hourly Range:
$20- 28/hour Employment Type Temporary Contract Assignment (Up to 6 Months) This is a temporary contract position expected to last up to six (6) months.

- Float (Temporary Contract) plays a key role in supporting both clinical and front-office operations across multiple urgent care centers.
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (NHA) CMA
- Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA or CHP) RMA
- Registered Medical Assistant (AMT, AAH, or ARMA) NCMA
- National Certified Medical Assistant (NCCT) NRCMA
- Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NAHP) Alternative Qualifications Candidates may be considered without a Medical Assistant certification at the time of hire if they possess: Three (3) or more years of Medical Assistant experience, and One (1) or more years of experience in an Urgent Care, Emergency Department, or Hospital setting Additional Accepted Credentials The following credentials may be accepted in lieu of a Medical Assistant certification: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Paramedic Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Additional Requirements CPOE (Computerized Provider Order Entry) certification must be obtained within two (2) weeks of the start date Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficiency in Medical Assistant clinical duties Strong phlebotomy and specimen collection skills Experience performing point-of-care testing Strong computer and documentation skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong verbal and written communication skills Commitment to exceptional, patient-centered care Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment Additional Information This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
