Perform Advanced PET/CT Imaging Perform PET/CT imaging for outpatient oncology patients Operate advanced Siemens PET/CT imaging equipment Produce consistently high-quality diagnostic images Follow established imaging protocols while maintaining exceptional image quality Deliver Exceptional Patient Care Create a calm, supportive experience for every patient Explain procedures clearly and compassionately Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout each examination Build trust with patients during what can often be an emotional time Maintain Clinical Excellence Collaborate with radiologists and clinical team members to support outstanding patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records Follow radiation safety and quality assurance protocols Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards What You'll Bring Required ARRT (N) or CNMT certification upon hire Current BLS certification Excellent customer service and patient care skills Strong verbal and written English communication skills Preferred Three or more years of PET CT Technologist experience One or more years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience Virginia Radiologic Technologist License upon hire Candidates without a Virginia license must obtain licensure within 60 days of hire.
