Duties Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance eligibility, take payments, schedule any follow-up visits, and manage patient flow to optimize clinic operations. Assist with patient intake by collecting vital signs, medical histories, and current medications using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. Prepare examination rooms, sterilize equipment, and ensure a clean environment for patient visits. Perform clinical tasks such as vaccine administration, laboratory tests. Complete other administrative tasks as assigned. Manage medical documentation accurately, including ICD coding, medical records management, and detailed notes in EMR/EHR systems. Qualifications Must be able to work independently. Pay:
